Cancellation Policy
Artful Attire Booking Policy Booking and Payment: Advance Booking: All workshops must be booked in advance through our website or authorized channels. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept major credit cards and other online payment methods. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation upon successful booking and payment. Please bring this confirmation to the workshop. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop will not be refunded. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Attendance: Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a smooth check-in process. Late Arrivals: Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late will be allowed admission into workshop, but they will only have the remaining time of slot. Safety and Liability: Safety Measures: While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participants are expected to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructor. Tools and Equipment: Workshops may involve the use of tools such as scissors, heat guns, and other equipment. Participants must use these tools responsibly and follow safety instructions. Liability: Artful Attire is not liable for any injuries or incidents that occur during the workshop, including those involving the use of scissors, heat guns, or other tools. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the workshop. Age Requirements: Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 12 years old. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who has also booked a spot in the workshop. Code of Conduct: Respectful Behavior: We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop without a refund. Photography and Media: Media Release: By participating in our workshops, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor at the start of the workshop. Refunds: No Refunds for No-Shows without prior Notice
